Consulting services

If you engage Precision for consulting services, the specific terms of that engagement will be set out in a separate agreement, statement of work, or proposal. That agreement takes precedence over these Terms for the scope of the work, deliverables, fees, payment terms, and confidentiality.

In the absence of a signed agreement, the following general terms apply to any informal consulting interaction:

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We do not disclose client identities, internal data, or proprietary information without explicit consent. Any case studies we publish are anonymised unless the client has given written approval to be named.

Deliverables

Recommendations, audits, frameworks, and reports we deliver are provided in good faith based on our professional expertise and the information available to us. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as revenue growth or conversion rate increases. Results depend on factors outside our control, including implementation quality, market conditions, and product fit.

Payment

Fees, payment terms, and refund policies are agreed in writing for each engagement. Late payments may incur interest or suspension of services.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

No warranties on website content
