Precision Consulting Group is a conversion rate optimisation and product UX consultancy founded by Ammarah Ahmed and operating from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our website is goprecision.co. You can reach us at ammarah@goprecision.co for any privacy questions or requests.

Information you give us directly

When you contact us through our website forms, subscribe to our newsletter, download a lead magnet, or engage with us as a client, you may share your name, email address, company name, role, website URL, and any other details you choose to include in your message. If you become a client, we may also collect billing information and project-related data necessary to deliver our services.

Information collected automatically

When you visit goprecision.co, we collect basic technical information through analytics tools. This includes your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, time spent on each page, referring website, and approximate location based on IP. We use Google Analytics for this. We do not combine this data with personally identifiable information without your consent.

Information from cookies and tracking

• Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe, after which we retain the unsubscribe record only
• Contact form submissions: up to 24 months from your last contact
• Client records: up to 7 years after the engagement ends, for tax and legal compliance
• Analytics data: aggregated and anonymised after 14 months
